Hello people who care. Please forgive us for not updating this more frequently... Here is our world as we know it: We are currently writing and rehearsing material for our next full-length album. We are extremely happy with the songs and their current potential. Fans of "Albatross" will not be disappointed! In other news, our Acoustic EP, "Seattle Sessions" is scheduled to hit the shelves of your local Best Buy, FYE, etc. on November 6th, 2007, it will be reasonably priced so we hope you loyal listeners will make a trip to the store that day. Or if you're like me you just get it on iTunes. Either way it makes us verrry happy. Pre-order for the EP information should be posted soon on our websites. We are currently working it out so that a percentage of the sales will go to a charity. More on that as it develops. For all of our Seattle fans, please come join us for a deliciously acoustic night on November 3rd. It is our EP Release show, and we'll be playing A LOT of new material. Also, the other bands (Forgive Durden, Tysen, Moneta) will be playing acoustic, so it could be a once-in-a-lifetime chance to witness these bands in their stripped down glory. Thats all for now. Finally! Some new music.... We just wanted everybody to know that we will be posting our first song from our upcoming Acoustic EP "Seattle Sessions" on purevolume and myspace on Monday, October 8th. The song is called "Seattle" and it is one of two songs we will be posting. Pre-sale for "Seattle Sessions" will also be available very soon on our myspace, purevolume, and official website. Along with the EP, we will be playing a live, full acoustic set here in Seattle as our EP release show with Forgive Durden, Tysen, and Monetta. That show will be on Nov 3rd at the Showbox. Well, I'm sitting here at the merch booth in Denver and realized that we only have 1 more show left on this tour. This tour went by so fast! I just wanted to say that we loved meeting all of our die hard fans. You've made this tour very memorable for us. All the White Castle after parties were a blast as well.

Next on the list for TCC is our very first headlining tour! We should be heading out in August and hitting most major cities. More info to come on that tour.

and yes.... the rumors are true... we have been in the studio lately recording some new songs....

I Just wanted to let people know how the tour is going...

Well MxPx is better than ever, I've loved them growing up but now with bass tossing, power stancing, and lights galore, you'll be singing all night in punk rock bliss.

We've had a great time meeting new fans which is always nice. We celebrated Cinco De Mayo in San Diego last night with the Tooth & Nail crew and that was a blast! Tomorrow we have Anahiem coming up so buy tickets early this should be one of the biggest dates on this tour!

04.28.07 | May 1st Showbox show has moved to El Corazon!

Seattle Fans only!

So, we don't really know why... other than mis-communication... but, the first date on this years Tooth & Nail tour on May 1st in Seattle has changed venues. It has been moved from The Showbox to El Corazon. Doors are at the same time, its the same line-up... (MxPx, Hawk Nelson, The Classic Crime, The Fold, & Sullivan) and its the same price tickets.

Alll "SHOWBOX" tickets will be honored at El Corazon so don't worry about getting in if you had bought a ticket online.

So there is good news and bad news....

the GOOD news is... every person that comes to El Corazon will experience a smaller more intimate show with all the bands... Including punk legends MxPx. That means,... better pictures and a better chance of hanging out with band members.

the BAD news is... if you don't come early you WON'T get it! period. El Corazon hold about 500 people on a good day so come very very early. If you don't come early... chances are that the show will sell out quick and you won't get in. Just make note of that.

orry, San Jose! In keeping with the crazy van stories of this tour, we broke down on our way to San Jose from Bakersfield yesterday. Whilst traveliing up ye olde highway 99, our fly wheel decided to shatter, leaving us stranded on the side of the road. Five hours, six hundred bucks, a tow-truck, and two repair shops later, we were back on the road. The only problem was we were still five hours from San Jose Skate, where we were supposed to play in only three. So sadly, with our tails between our legs, we made our way to Modesto to stay the night last night. In all of our touring, this is the first show we have actually had to cancel! It was a heartbreaker, but hopefully its the first and last time we are forced to withdraw on such short notice. San Jose fans, you have our official apology! We hope to make it up to you somehow soon. As always, we love you,

Ok.... This is why you don't gamble with per diems. We just got paid on Monday (yesterday) and as a band we've lost $136. Matt lost $60, Skip gambled away $60, Alan gave $15 to Mr. Trump, and I lost $1. (BIG SPENDER!!) Please if you see us at a show in the next week give us a hug and a dollar because chances are we are on our last thread of energy due to starvation. Ok so we added the final tour dates for this tour. We added dates in Kansas, Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Utah. Please check to see if we are coming to your city. We would love to see you shouting our lyrics in the crowd! This tour is with A Change of Pace, Quiet Drive, Sullivan, and The Bleeding Alarm. Sullivan is playing from 3/9/07 - 3/22/07 and The Bleeding Alarm will be playing from 3/23/07 - 4/11/07. We are very excited to be back on the road. See you soon!

Ok heres the run-down on early 2007. We have created a whole new line of merch that should be ready by March 1st. The merch should also be viewable online at www.theclassiccrime.com soon there after. Make sure to check that out and plan ahead on your merch orders. We apologize again and again for anybody that had troubles with our merch ordering system at our site. We just want to assure you (the fans) that everything has been fixed over at our merch store,... please feel free to go and order our clothes again.

We have just added dates for our latest Nationwide tour with A Change of Pace, Quiet Drive, Sullivan, and Bleeding Alarm. (Sullivan & Bleeding Alarm on selected cities) At this point there are some gaps in our tour schedule so don't be alarmed if your city is not on the schedule. We will be adding all the rest of the tour dates next week.

Last but not least we have been selected to play at the Tooth & Nail Tour 2007. Details will come a little later but the word over at Tooth & Nail is that this tour is going to be bigger than ever. We are honored to be apart of this great tour again.

09.23.06 | What's Going On
Hey faithful followers... This is what we have confirmed for the end of the 2006 year. First we have a show coming up at the Old Redmond Firehouse with Danger: Radio, & Blane on October 6th. If anybody has looked in the stranger (Seattle music newspaper) and noticed that Danger: Radio was also playing with This Providence on October 6th.... well don't worry. That was a typo. We assure you that Danger: Radio is playing at the Old Redmond Firehouse with TCC. The Redmond Firehouse show is going to be one of two last HOME shows for TCC this year. We will be playing another seattle show in late November with A Stattic Lullabic at Nuemo's. That brings me to my next bit of news. We will be direct support for a nation wide tour with A Stattic Lullaby. This tour with be our last tour on the year going from mid october to late November. We will hit all corners of the U.S. so make sure to come out and see us while you can. If you miss us this time around then you'll have to wait until next year to see us. We will post all the dates probably next week. On another note our Van WAS for sale but now its not. We were trying to upgrade to an RV earlier in the summer but things just fell through. The Van is in great condition and it might be back up for sale again early next year. Obviously we will keep everybody posted when we decide to part with the Green Machine. Last but not least we will be recording a new video early next year. The details on this aren't yet confirmed so don't ask... but, you can wonder. Thats always fun.... and frustrating. Thanks for reading this and I'll try to post more songs and pictures on Purevolume and Myspace for you guys very soon. We just got done with a radio interview over at X103.3 in Indianapolis with "the duece" It was great. Make sure to check us out at X-fest on September 16th. Today marks the official launch of our new web-site. First and foremost, we’d like to thank all of you for supporting our band and showing us so much love. Even though we have a long road ahead of us, we could have never come this far without all of you! 01.13.06 | THE CLASSIC CRIME’S FIRST US TOUR
We have just annouced our first US tour with Mest, Allister, and Scary Kids Scaring Kids. We start our leg of the tour in New Jersey (2-7-06) and continue on this tour until its finale in Chicago (3-8-06). Check out to see if we are coming to your town. We also have some great new merch designs for this tour so be sure to pick up a limited edition t-shirt or hoodie. If we aren’t coming to your city don’t worry because we will be annoucing a couple more tours in a month that will basically put us on the road until mid may. So... its a pretty good chance we’ll be in a town near you soon enough. Now for some unpleasant news... Its looking as if we are going to push our release date of "Albatross" back a little bit. Hey, a lot of news today. First and foremost it is our guitar player Cheeze’s (robbie) birthday today. We all chipped in and bought him a nuclear powered canoe. He is 20 years old and has almost died 4 times already. Ask him about it...I’m sure he’d love to tell you about it. Next we have great news about our upcoming album "Albatross." We have a release date of March 21st, 2006 and we have a special show planned for our CD release party as well. More on that as the time comes. Also if any of you TCC fans haven’t heard, there is a teaser for our music video up on our myspace site and at the Tooth & Nail website.
